Unique Ice-Creams of South Korea

Hey there my wonderful family. I am here again, and today I am gonna talk about Korean ice creams. Yeey! Ice cream!

I personally believe that everyone loves ice cream and I don't think there is anyone who doesn't. Right?

Talking about Korean Ice Creams, they are a bit out of scene. They have some really cool looking ice creams out there. I don't know about the taste, but I bet they must be really tasty. Here I have a list of few ice creams which I found really different from normal ice creams.

1. Fish Ice Cream.

Yes you read that correct a fish ice cream. But it's not a real fish ice cream, haha. It's a fish shaped ice cream sandwich with red bean and and vanilla ice cream filling. I wonder how would that taste?

Don't worry our chocolate lovers, they have chocolate syrup version too. yeey😋.

2. Corn Ice Cream.

Yes another unusual ice cream here.The wafer is corn shaped. The ice cream inside the sandwich has sweet corn taste but there's chocolate chunks also. (what a relief!)

3. Watermelon Bar.

This one actually looks like a real slice of watermelon, frozen and put in a Popsicle. No doubt the taste will be of watermelon flavour. Yeah Go Fruit!

4. Matcha Ice Cream.

Another ice cream sandwich. I really like the shape of this one. It has green tea in it with chocolate peanut topping. Wait a minute. Green tea and Ice cream? They really made ice cream healthy.

5. Ice Tube.

These ice tubes has a lot of flavours. I think they are just frozen fruit drinks? maybe😅. The cap thing is really cool.

6. Frozen Milkshake.

Milk? WOW they even made milk fun. This is a half ice cream - half milkshake, creamy, sweet ice cream. I bet the taste will be delicious. They have many other flavours too.

7. Jaws Bar.

As the name says. Yes it is shaped like "Shark Jaws". Very creative! It has fruit ice cream inside.

8.Melona.

These are casual popsicles but they are really famous in Korea. So I had to add them😛.

9. Dwaeji Bar.

"Dwaeji" in Korean means "Pig" That's why it has a cute pig holding a strawberry on the wrapper. It's a vanilla ice cream  bar filled with strawberry sauce. It is covered with chocolate and also crunchy chocolate pieces. Some dark and some milk chocolate crunch pieces.

10. Tiramisu Ice Cream.

I have heard about Tiramisu cake, but this is ice cream here. This ice cream has four layers. Starting from the top- Cocoa powder, Cheese ice cream, Espresso syrup, and cake batter. It's a tiramisu cake and cheese ice cream both in one!

11. Devil's Shaved Ice.

The actual name of this ice cream is "Angmabingsu". It's a mix of shaved ice and ice cream. The top layer is chocolate and there's mint below. It has a devil ice cream pic on the packaging. Interesting!

12. Double Bianco.

It's a normal vanilla softy with strawberry syrup. What caught my eye is the packaging, it's really thoughtful. Plus this thing has a hidden spoon in it.

13. The Ice Cream Cake.

It's a cookie and cream ice cream sandwich. Nothing's new but there's definitely a 'cookie twist'. There's bread on both sides but tastes like cookie. I am a "Kookie" lover😚.

14. Ice Pop 'nShot.

It's an easy to eat ice bar for those whose teeth are sensitive to the coldness of regular ice cream. It has poppers in them. Their popsicle packaging is really different.

15. Ssang Ssang Bar.

One more uncanny ice cream bar. If you are someone who is not satisfied with one ice cream at a time. This one is for you. It's actually a cupid ice cream bar. And you can definitely share it with someone but I buy my ice cream all for myself😈.

16. Buon Gelato Macaroon.

And the best of all a macaron ice cream. Who would have thought that Koreans actually turn a macaron into an ice cream. That's what I was forever waiting for!

That's all my friends. I have listed all the unique ice creams I came across Korea from the four walls of my house. Anyway I keep searching Korean things all the time so nothing's new to me. hehe. Don't judge me😂.

These were all convenient store ice creams. There are so many beautiful, creative looking ice cream sold on the streets of Korea. I am keeping those for future blog. Ahhh! I wish to taste them all someday.
